Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Producer Portal ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Producer Portal is a tool that helps music producers automate the process of creating and uploading beat videos to YouTube. We use third-party services including Anthropic (AI metadata generation), Google (YouTube upload and image search), and Stripe (payments) to deliver this functionality.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's collection and use of data in connection with YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Our handling of your YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke Producer Portal's access to your Google account at any time via Google security settings.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or process through the Service, including but not limited to audio files, video clips, and images. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
This responsibility expressly extends to the Visualizer and Clip Extraction feature. When you provide a link or otherwise direct the Service to retrieve, download, or extract video from any third-party source for use as a visual background, you represent and warrant that you own that source video or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to download it, create clips or derivative works from it, combine it with your audio, and publish the resulting video. You acknowledge that you — not Producer Portal — choose and supply that source material, that you direct the Service to process it on your behalf, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of it is lawful and does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any applicable third-party terms.
Producer Portal is a neutral processing tool that acts only at your direction. We do not review, screen, or take responsibility for the content that users submit or direct us to retrieve. We are not liable for any claims arising from content you upload, supply, or instruct the Service to process.

Producer Portal offers a free plan and a paid Unlimited subscription processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
New accounts receive the free plan, which includes a limited number of uploads per calendar month (currently 3). No payment information is required. The monthly limit resets at the start of each calendar month. An Unlimited subscription removes the upload limit. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits to prevent abuse.
Producer Portal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you create and upload through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result. We are not responsible for any failed YouTube uploads, API outages, or loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Producer Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Producer Portal and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
This obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content processed through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
