Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Producer Portal ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Producer Portal is a tool that helps music producers automate the process of creating and uploading beat videos to YouTube. We use third-party services including Anthropic (AI metadata generation), Google (YouTube upload and image search), and Stripe (payments) to deliver this functionality.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or process through the Service, including but not limited to audio files, video clips, and images. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you submit, including beats, samples, and visual media.
Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
You have the right to upload the content to YouTube under YouTube's Terms of Service.

Producer Portal is a neutral processing tool. We do not review, screen, or take responsibility for the content that users submit. We are not liable for any claims arising from content you upload.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Circumvent usage limits by creating multiple accounts.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service.
Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate music promotion.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Producer Portal offers a free trial and a paid Starter subscription processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months or unused uploads. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@producerportal.io and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with unlimited uploads. The trial begins at the time of account creation. No payment information is required to start a trial. After the trial period ends, a Starter subscription is required to continue uploading.

7. Intellectual Property

Producer Portal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you create and upload through the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result. We are not responsible for any failed YouTube uploads, API outages, or loss of data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Producer Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content processed through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (6) your signature.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
